1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Royal IT Park Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Royal IT Park Services provides web design, web development, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, hosting, domain registration, maintenance, and related IT services. All services are customized according to the client’s requirements. Any changes or additional requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to revised pricing.

3. Project Engagement & Timelines
  • Work begins only after written confirmation (purchase order/email) and receipt of the initial deposit.
  • Project timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to approvals, revisions, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen technical issues.
  • Clients must provide timely approvals, feedback, and required materials (content, images, data). Delays may extend timelines.
4. Payments & Billing
  • A 50% advance payment is mandatory before commencement of any project.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before project delivery or at the stage defined in the proposal.
  • Hosting, domain, and third-party service charges are payable 100% in advance and are non-refundable.
  • Invoices must be cleared within the due date. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or removal of hosted websites.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must ensure that all content, logos, images, and data provided are accurate and lawful.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Royal IT Park Services is not responsible for disputes related to company names, trademarks, copyright, or content ownership.
  • Clients must track their own renewals (domain, hosting, SSL, support packages).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All code, designs, and intellectual property remain Company property until full payment is received.
  • Upon completion and full payment, ownership of deliverables (excluding third-party or open-source components) transfers to the client.
  • The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Hosting & Maintenance
  • Hosting services are provided through third-party providers; 100% uptime is not guaranteed.
  • Backup, security, and maintenance are available only under separate paid plans.
  • The Company is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages caused by third-party hosting issues or client negligence.
8. Support & Warranty
  • Clients get 15 days of free support for bug fixes or error corrections post-delivery.
  • After this period, support is available under an AMC or on a paid hourly basis.
  • New features, enhancements, or redesigns are considered change requests and billed separately.
9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, technical, or personal information shared during the project. Royal IT Park Services may use aggregated, non-identifiable data for analytics and service improvement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes such as sales, rankings, or profitability. Royal IT Park Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

11. Termination & Cancellation
  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
  • If the client terminates before completion, all completed work remains Company property until dues are cleared.
  • Deposits and payments made are non-refundable.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
