Office Hours

Working Hours For All Employees Of Royal It Park. Are Monday To Friday, 9:30 Am. – 7:30 Pm And On All Sundays And Gazetted Holidays, Office Will Remain Closed.

Lunch Break Will Be Between 1.30 Pm – 2.00 Pm. All Employees Are Expected To Be Punctual And Reach Office On Time. After 9.35 Am It Would Be Marked As Late. For Every Three Late Marks, Half Day Leave Would Be Deducted.

Public Holidays

The Company Grants 20 Holidays To Employees In A Year Including With Different Religious And Important Days Of The India. Details Will Be Conveyed To All Employees In The Beginning Of New Calendar Year And Will Be Effective From Jan. 1 Every Year.

Accounting And Financial Year Of The Company Will Be From April 24 To April 24th Of Next Year.

Leave

Leaves Should Be Sanctioned Prior To The Day An Employee Proceeds On Leave Or Immediately When He/She Joins The Duty By Filling in the Leaves Note book Or On Direct Mail to Info@royalinfosys.com

Leaves Becomes Due To An Employee Only After Completion Of Probation Period. Any Leave Beyond 2/3 Days Should Be Sanctioned At Least One Week Before Proceeding On The Leaves.

If Any Employee Goes Out Of The Station To Avail His/Her Leave, Contact Details Should Be Furnished In The Leave Application To His/Her Specific Department/Admin. Deptt.

Employee Going On Leave Without Intimation Will Be Considered To Be Absent Without Pay/Duty And Can Be Terminated From His/Her Services, In Case Of Prolonged Absence.

Pl Can Be Accumulated Up To Max. Of 20 Days/Yr By All Employees.

Increment Policy

To Encourage Performance Of The Deserving Employees, Company Has An Increment Policy. After Careful Analysis, Each Employee Has To Fill Up A Self- Appraisal Form Which Should Be Revalued By The AdminTo Award Increments To The Employees. This Will Be Applicable To Those Employees Who Complete At Least 10 – 12 Months Of Service With The Organization.

Increments Will Be Approval For Yearly (10%-20%) For Employee

Special Conditions 6 Months We Can Approve Increments But, Employee Shd Prove His/ Her Work Potentials (Shd Continue 10 To 12 Months Service ) Based On Employee Work Status Increments Will Be Given ..If,Not Won’t Be Any Increments ..

Conduct

Any Act Of Indiscipline / Misconduct / Holding The Company To Ransom / Creating Union / Any Misconduct / Hooliganism / Unprofessional Behavior In The Organization Cannot Be Tolerated By The Company And Can Attract Termination And Immediate Dismissal Without Any Notice, Costs Or Benefits.

It Means That As Per Rules N Regulations If , Any Employee Violate Rules We Can Dismiss Them Any Time & No More Arguments N Take Legal Actions Also …

Exit And Full And Final Settlement

If Any Employee Wishes To Leave The Organization He Should Submit His Resignation Letter Duly Approved By His Admin And Complete All Formalities As Per Rules & Regulations (2016).He Must Return All The Company Assets To Authorized Representative / Admin Deptt. And Complete The Exit Interview With Hr / Md Of The Company. Once The Above Mentioned Formalities Are Completed, His/Her Account Will Be Settled.

  • Before Leave Organization Employee Must Submit Work Reports & Pending Tasks Completion Reports .
  • You Have To Hand Over All Completed Works Back Ups To Admin
  • You Have To Complete Pending Works Before Leave .
  • 40 Days Before You Must Intimate To Management In Written Format To Admin Or Else Not Approved .
  • On Notice Period There Won’t Be Leaves For Any Employee . If, Any One Take Its Purely His Risk Only We Calculate As A Leaves ..
  • Once Complete All We Will Settle Your Pending Amounts In Cheques Formats .Post Dated Cheques Will Be Issued 15 Days To 30 Days Cheque Will Be Issued
  • If, Any Employee Not Submitted Or Finished His Tasks We Will Stop Last 1or 2 Months Salary Of The Employee .Once Complete Above Things We Will Issue Cheques or else we have rights to stop Salary & certificates ...
  • As Per Royal It Park Pvt Ltd Company Our Directors Panel Taken Decisions For Not Get Any Complications Between Employers & Management So, We Are Intimating You People To Follow Them Like This Or Any Thing Wrong Sure We Will Take Action Against On Any Employee Based On Our Company Rules Take Legal Actions also
