Working Hours For All Employees Of Royal It Park. Are Monday To Friday, 9:30 Am. – 7:30 Pm And On All Sundays And Gazetted Holidays, Office Will Remain Closed.
Lunch Break Will Be Between 1.30 Pm – 2.00 Pm. All Employees Are Expected To Be Punctual And Reach Office On Time. After 9.35 Am It Would Be Marked As Late. For Every Three Late Marks, Half Day Leave Would Be Deducted.
The Company Grants 20 Holidays To Employees In A Year Including With Different Religious And Important Days Of The India. Details Will Be Conveyed To All Employees In The Beginning Of New Calendar Year And Will Be Effective From Jan. 1 Every Year.
Accounting And Financial Year Of The Company Will Be From April 24 To April 24th Of Next Year.
Leaves Should Be Sanctioned Prior To The Day An Employee Proceeds On Leave Or Immediately When He/She Joins The Duty By Filling in the Leaves Note book Or On Direct Mail to Info@royalinfosys.com
Leaves Becomes Due To An Employee Only After Completion Of Probation Period. Any Leave Beyond 2/3 Days Should Be Sanctioned At Least One Week Before Proceeding On The Leaves.
If Any Employee Goes Out Of The Station To Avail His/Her Leave, Contact Details Should Be Furnished In The Leave Application To His/Her Specific Department/Admin. Deptt.
Employee Going On Leave Without Intimation Will Be Considered To Be Absent Without Pay/Duty And Can Be Terminated From His/Her Services, In Case Of Prolonged Absence.
Pl Can Be Accumulated Up To Max. Of 20 Days/Yr By All Employees.
To Encourage Performance Of The Deserving Employees, Company Has An Increment Policy. After Careful Analysis, Each Employee Has To Fill Up A Self- Appraisal Form Which Should Be Revalued By The AdminTo Award Increments To The Employees. This Will Be Applicable To Those Employees Who Complete At Least 10 – 12 Months Of Service With The Organization.

Any Act Of Indiscipline / Misconduct / Holding The Company To Ransom / Creating Union / Any Misconduct / Hooliganism / Unprofessional Behavior In The Organization Cannot Be Tolerated By The Company And Can Attract Termination And Immediate Dismissal Without Any Notice, Costs Or Benefits.
It Means That As Per Rules N Regulations If , Any Employee Violate Rules We Can Dismiss Them Any Time & No More Arguments N Take Legal Actions Also …
If Any Employee Wishes To Leave The Organization He Should Submit His Resignation Letter Duly Approved By His Admin And Complete All Formalities As Per Rules & Regulations (2016).He Must Return All The Company Assets To Authorized Representative / Admin Deptt. And Complete The Exit Interview With Hr / Md Of The Company. Once The Above Mentioned Formalities Are Completed, His/Her Account Will Be Settled.
