The client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a site developed by Royal IT Park before being made generally available for use. Where “bugs”, errors or other issues are found after the site is live, Royal IT Park will endeavor (but is not obliged to) to correct these issues to meet the standards of function outlined in the brief.
Whilst Royal IT Park offers hosting of websites, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service by Royal IT Park cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service.
Royal IT Park reserves the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial. Fees relating to web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, Royal IT Park can cancel the said service and not liable for any data lost as a result of the cancellation.

If accounts are not settled or Royal IT Park has not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied. Fees relating to web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, we will with immediate effect, cancel said service and any data held by said service will be removed.

At project acceptance Royal It Park Services can provide an estimated completion date, however we cannot guarantee this date as a final completion date. ( Bec of many reasons like lay put acceptance or manpower issues , repeated revisions etc )
A deposit of no less than 50% of the total quoted price must be provided before project commencement. Royal It Park Services will initially place the client’s web site on a demonstration server in order that the client may view and comment upon the project. Once the client has approved the project a final invoice will be presented. After Design Approval confirmed by client we need Last installment of project 50 % then only we can continue project or else as per our company Rules we can quit project any time & there wnt be any refund policy as per Rules .
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without prior notice. If a quote at an original price has been made it will be valid for 28 days and subsequently during the life of the current commission, however additional work may be charged for using the new pricing structure.

Customers wishing to cancel a hosting, support or updating package must inform us before the invoice date otherwise full annual payment will be required.
No partial refunds will be given for hosting, servicing or updating packages cancelled during the current agreements time period.
